The IT Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting qualified candidates to the IT team, and pre-employment processing of all new employees of the IT department within clients. The IT Recruiter will collaborate closely with the IT department to obtain a full understanding of the hiring needs in order to create and update job descriptions. In addition, it is expected that the IT Recruiter maintain relationships with the employees of the IT department to ensure continued success of the position filled and report the work in dashboards and excel OR provided tool on daily basis.
• Operates with a high sense of urgency to source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions within the IT department. Evaluate work experience and education requirements for job vacancies. • Develop recruiting strategies to identify and network with top IT professionals around the US • Inform applicants of job duties and specifications, benefits overview. • Generate monthly reports and other reports deemed necessary for efficient employment activity. • Maintain relationships with tech consultants to gain industry knowledge and insight • Performs other duties as requested.
