Develop Go-to-market strategy including STP (segmentation, targeting and positioning) – charting the course to take us from where we are today to where we want to be. Branding – what is the company’s story and why should a prospective client take notice (logo, tone of voice, look & feel). Create compelling content that raises our brand awareness and increases corporate website traffic. Design, build and execute all Digital Marketing presence – including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaign Research, analyse, prioritize, and execute marketing campaigns and strategies to increase website traffic, incremental revenue, and new customer acquisition Develop, create and execute measurable multi-channel, cross-channel, channel- specific, product, promotional, and cause-related marketing programs that tie back to brand strategy and business goals Evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing programs, identify trends and insights, draw conclusions and develop recommendations to further optimize future performance based on results, in a timely basis Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Sales Activation – help generate leads, then assist the sales team to close deals through effective collateral, tools, pitch decks, webinars, demos, etc. PR – ensure that PR strategy fits in with the marketing strategy and work with PR firm to help implement. Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or similar Proven digital marketing experience with brands Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate B2B experience is mandatory.
