- As a Credit Analyst (he / she) should be able to determine Prospective Clients’ credit worthiness - Credit Analyst will be analyzing financial data to assess the likelihood of a borrower honoring their financial commitments - The responsibilities of the Credit Analyst includes analyzing credit data and financial information of an individual or companies that are applying for credit or Loans to determine that the risk or other Lending or Credit Sanctioning Institutions will not recoup funds loaned. The level of risk is then used to determine if a loan or line of credit will be recommended for sanction and if so, the terms of the loan, including interest rate. - Credit Analyst will prepare reports including projection and valuation based upon their findings to help senior management decide on lending and credit worthiness. - Credit Analyst should have understanding of Rating tool and presentation of Proposal infront of Rating Agencies i.e. ICRA,CRISICL etc
1. Knowledge of process of various Loan Applications for the business loan i.e. Project Finance / Term Loan, Fund and Non Fund Based Limits (Cash Credit / L/C / BG’s etc.) & ECB / Foreign Currency Term Loan 2. Preparation of detailed project report, credit monitoring and analysis (CMA), Feasibility report, Credit Appraisal memo (CAM), Techno Economic Viability Report (TEV Report), Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Debt/Equity Candidates having knowledge of drafting proposals for PE Fund raising i.e. DCF, Business & Brand Valuation etc
